All of our Noudy products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. Depending on your location your order will be fulfilled from Dubai (UAE) or Germany. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address. 

We offer free shipping on orders from €30/AED250. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not include 1-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped, please keep in mind delays can occur.

Due to COVID-19, please account for a possible delay of approximately 5 business days in receiving your order. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your order to you safely while adhering to the government guidelines.

Noudy only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

In case your Noudy package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the Noudy products and its packaging, and email us as soon as possible at to notify us of the damage.


Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package. Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.




We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and condition. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns once the seals are broken. 

NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot offer returns in the UAE market due to nature of the local shipping/logistical services.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
